Meet the Team
Patty Larouche, RHAP, BC-HIS
Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner, Board Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences
Patty graduated from the Hearing Aid Practitioners program at MacEwan University in 2000. She also has her Audiometric Technician course which allows her to do screenings for government employees.
She first got into the industry because of the struggles she watched her grandmother go through with her listening difficulties. Patty wants to help those with hearing difficulties as she knows firsthand how it can isolate those who are affected. It is a frustrating situation to be in and she just wants to help people manage their hearing loss and hear the sounds / hear voices they may have been missing. She wants to help hearing loss individuals “capture the moment”.
Crystal Bilodeau, RHAP, BC-HIS
Registered Hearing Aid Practitioner, Board Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences
Crystal completed the Hearing Aid Practitioners program at MacEwan University in 2008 and became Board Certified with the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences (NBC-HIS) in 2010. She has also completed her Audiometric Technician Course.
After experiencing her grandparents’ battle with hearing loss, Crystal decided to engage on a career path in hearing health. She is passionate, caring and driven to help people improve their quality of life. Crystal believes that hearing is important. We live in a world of sound, and hearing is our connection to this world. Come in and I will listen; don’t just live life, hear life!
